Evaporator is very important in vegetable and fruit processing industry. Falling film evaporators and rising film evaporators are used to process dairy products, prepare concentrated fruit juices and other sensitive products by rapid operation without exposing these products to high temperatures that may affect their quality.
Our evaporator series includes falling film evaporator and rising film evaporator, including five effect falling film evaporator, forced circulation evaporator, double effect forced circulation evaporator and double effect evaporator. We also provide simple multi effect evaporator, and finally use hot steam recompression and mechanical steam recompression to save energy.

3. Application
This equipment is widely used in the luquid material concentrating, like milk, glucose, oligosaccharides, sorbitol, fruit and vegetable juice. And there is a wide range of applications on the concentrating of aqueous solution and organic solvent solution in the area of food processing, pharmacy, grain processing, beverage ,light industry, environmental protection as well as the chemical industry etc.
Jam and jam are one of the most popular breakfast foods on the market. However, their handling is very complex and needs to be handled under strict regulations. We have high-end equipment that can make transparent and block jam and jam: from kettle to storage system, as well as equipment for mixing, vacuum packaging and filling glass cans.
In addition, we also provide sugar powder feeding screw conveyor, diaphragm pump for feeding fruit mud or concentrate, and silo dumper for diced fruit. We can produce jam and jam from fresh fruit and concentrated fruit.
4. Features
1). Uniformity Steam heating: it has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time.
2). Evenly distributation of materials: Material are evenly distributed in the evaporator heating tube by the distribution device, materials, under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and its airflow, flow from top to bottom in film-like form, and are evaporated in the process of movement through heat exchanging with the heating steam of heating tube outer wall.
3). Vacuum evaporating: The evaporation works under the vacuum condition, and in a relative low evaporating temperate, thus it is not easy to lead to the scale formation in evaporator.
4). CIP cleaning: This machine is equipped with CIP cleaning head, and easy to clean whole machine, dead-zone free.
5). Continiously working: Materials are continiously feeded and discharged.

6. Working process:
The primary steam firstly enters into the first stage heating chamber to heat the materials, and in the vacuum condition, injects into first stage evaporating chamber through tubes, the materials return back to heating room through curve, and are heated again then injected to evaporating section, and form the circular. When the material liquid is sprayed into the evaporation chamber and nebulized, moisture is quickly evaporated, and the evaporated second steam enters to the second stage heating chamber to heat the material, and in the vacuum condition, injects into second stage evaporating chamber through tubes, the materials return back to heating room through curve, and are heated once more then injected to evaporating section, and form the circular. Then the material liquid is sprayed into the evaporation chamber and nebulized, moisture is quickly evaporated, and the evaporated third steam enters to the third stage heating chamber to heat the material and finally the steam goes into the condensor, and cooled by tap water into condensate water, and discharged tilll it reaches hlaf of the sight glass.
The moisture in the liquid material is continiously evaporated and concentration is increased to the expected rate and discharged from outlet.
The cooling water temperature will be increased to 30 -40 degree after the condenser exchanging, and sent to the water resource for whole plant usage or cooling tower recycling .
Mixed evaporator
Our multifunctional evaporator series can handle ultra-high temperature products with high viscosity and difficult to process. The mixed evaporator releases the best function of our forced circulation evaporator. It uses a series of multi effect evaporators for upward forced flow recirculation in tomato concentrate and vertical shell and tube heaters. Each effect basically includes: a vertical tube nest; Liquid gas separation chamber and recirculation pump.
